1. The service

Aheadness provides read-only agent-readiness scans and monitoring of e-commerce storefronts. Scans access publicly available pages only, never place orders, and stop before any payment step. Findings are provided with supporting evidence and without warranty of completeness.

2. Your account and storefronts

Paid monitoring requires verification of domain ownership or authorization. You may only add storefronts you own or are authorized to manage; agency customers must obtain client authorization via the client-addressed verification flow.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the service's scoring methodology, check implementations, prompts, or model configurations; (b) use the service to build, train, or benchmark a competing product or service; (c) run scans against storefronts you have no relationship with in order to profile competitors; (d) circumvent free-tier limits, cooldowns, or verification requirements.

4. Billing

Subscriptions bill monthly per storefront via Stripe, with proration on storefront changes and cancellation at any time effective at the period end. Prices are in AUD.
